Earlier this week I felt like making something rich to drink and decided to throw together what basically constitutes an espressoless mocha. After taking a gander at the back of the Hershey cocoa container, I completely disregarded the recipe and threw something together. As delightful as my concoction was, I ended up taking a sip or two and refrigerating the rest of it in a mason jar where it sits to this day.
In other news, I was inspired by this amazing chocolate cake my friend made for her daughter’s birthday and have long-term plans to whip up a batch of Hershey’s chocolate frosting just because I can. Might be good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream…preferably consumed in my inoffensively uncoordinated loungewear.
